Work for Humans website redesign

Work for Humans provides workplace wellbeing services and consultancy. It aims to prevent work-related illness and help organisations create healthier processes and more people-centred workplaces.

I was asked to rethink the old site's usability and design. The client described the business with four words: simplicity, innovation, professionalism and creativity.

I used white and off-white sections with coloured accents, and took the text colour from the darker part of the logo. Muted orange and turquoise became the main colours. Orange conveys energy, enthusiasm and creativity, while turquoise balances it with calm and patience.

I used the colours in graphic elements and mixed them with photography to balance playfulness with a professional tone.
