Building a wellbeing brand from visual concept to a rich digital experience.
A project built from scratch grew into an online store, an interactive Energy Flow Quiz, a 21-day digital programme, automated customer journeys and a physical product range.
01 · Starting point
The challenge
The collaboration began as a website design and development project, then grew into a much richer brand experience. Different physical products, a digital programme and an interactive tool had to become one clear system.
The interface needed to feel calm and premium while offering clear purchase journeys, complex ecommerce functionality and an extendable WordPress architecture.
Approach
Content, interactions, purchasing and physical products became parts of one coherent brand system.
UX, visual design and technical implementation developed together. Every new element had to fit the whole customer journey, rather than only work well in isolation.
02 · UX/UI system
A digital space for slowing down
The UX/UI concept started from Komiyo's central idea, The Art of Stillness. The goal was a refined, premium digital environment that communicates the brand's calm, meditative character immediately.
Warm neutrals, generous whitespace, subtle typographic contrast, natural textures and Japanese-inspired motifs form the visual system. Beneath the restrained appearance is a deliberate information hierarchy and clear user journeys.
03 · Design decision
Energy Flow Quiz — a personalised interactive experience
Problem
The seven-question quiz does more than tally answers. Its evaluation logic determines a result and displays visual feedback that changes accordingly.
Decision
I designed the entire interaction, from question order and validation to scoring and the next-step CTA. Every possible result has its own visual state, and the chakra body map was broken into elements the system can reassemble dynamically.
Solution
The user follows a simple seven-step flow while complex evaluation runs in the background. The personalised visual result also forms part of the journey towards the 21-Day Mindstillness Programme.

21-Day Mindstillness Programme
The aim was not just downloadable content, but a three-week experience that guides participants through small, achievable daily practices.
Morning rituals, daytime reflections and evening exercises form a consistent system. The purchase, quiz, emails and programme itself make up one connected customer journey.

The physical wellbeing products, Ritual Kits and digital programme belong to the same brand but need different information structures and purchase journeys.
The WordPress and WooCommerce system connects several custom features. Information architecture and the full customer journey were therefore as important as visual design and frontend development.

A website gradually grew into a much broader design system, connecting web design and development, ecommerce, interactive UX, a digital product, automation and printed packaging.
The system serves more than one campaign: it provides an extendable foundation for the brand's products, content and future digital experiences.
